Water Birth

Laboring and birthing in warm water can soften contractions, ease pressure on the perineum, and offer a sense of weightlessness and privacy during the most intense moments. We support water birth as a full option — not just hydrotherapy in early labor — for low-risk families who want it.

Birth tub setup, temperature monitoring, and fill coordination.
Continuous one-on-one support throughout labor and delivery.
Gentle and appropriate delivery support with immediate skin-to-skin in the water.
Postpartum monitoring of parent and baby in the comfort of your space.

Home Birth & Birth Center Birth

Your space or ours — the care is the same, and the choice is entirely yours.

At home, your bed, your kitchen, your playlist, your people. Your body does what it already knows how to do in the place where you feel most yourself. We bring the clinical skill, supplies, and emergency preparedness to you.

At our birth centre, a calm, thoughtfully curated space designed with labouring mothers in mind — private, unhurried, and nothing like a hospital. All the safety of a clinical setting, none of the clinical feeling.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Full prenatal care leading up to the birth, in your home or our space.
On-call midwife and birth assistant from active labor through delivery.
Immediate postpartum care, newborn assessment and lactation support, before we leave.
In-home postpartum visits at 24–48 hours, 1 week, 2 weeks, and 6 weeks, 12 weeks visit (optional).

Individualized Care

Prenatal visits are typically 30–90 minutes — long enough to ask questions, talk about nutrition, sleep, relationships, fears, hopes, and the birth you actually want. Your plan is built around your body, your history, and your goals, not a one-size pathway.
