Water Birth
Laboring and birthing in warm water can soften contractions, ease pressure on the perineum, and offer a sense of weightlessness and privacy during the most intense moments. We support water birth as a full option — not just hydrotherapy in early labor — for low-risk families who want it.

Birth tub setup, temperature monitoring, and fill coordination.
Continuous one-on-one midwife support throughout labor and delivery.
Gentle, hands-off catch with immediate skin-to-skin in the water.

Home Birth/
Birth Center
Your bed. Your kitchen. Your playlist, your people, your pace. Home birth lets your body do what it already knows how to do — in the place where you feel safest. We bring the clinical skill, sterile supplies, and emergency preparedness to you, so the experience stays yours.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Full prenatal care leading up to the birth, in your home or our space.
On-call midwife and birth assistant from active labor through delivery.
Newborn assessment, lactation support, and family rest before we leave.
In-home postpartum visits at 24–48 hours, 1 week, 2 weeks, and 6 weeks
Individualized Care
Prenatal visits are typically 45–60 minutes — long enough to talk about nutrition, sleep, relationships, fears, hopes, and the birth you actually want. Your plan is built around your body, your history, and your goals, not a one-size pathway.

Extended prenatal visits with the same midwife every time — no rotating providers.
Shared decision-making on every test, screening, and intervention.
Birth-plan conversations that are revisited, not rubber-stamped.
Text and phone access to your midwife between visits
