We're a circle of lactation consultants, herbalists, and wellness practitioners helping Tulsa mamas and families feel rooted, supported, and well.

“Every mother deserves to feel heard, supported, and confident as she nourishes her baby.”
Becoming a mother is one of life’s most beautiful—and sometimes overwhelming—journeys. Whether you’re preparing to welcome your baby, navigating your first latch, or facing unexpected breastfeeding challenges, you deserve care that is compassionate, knowledgeable, and centered around you.
As a registered nurse and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), Montika is passionate about helping mothers and babies thrive. She provides evidence-based lactation care while embracing a whole-person approach that recognizes every family’s experience is unique. Her goal is to help you feel confident, supported, and empowered as you care for your baby.
Montika combines her background in nursing, women’s health, health and wellness coaching, and medical herbalism to provide personalized care that addresses not only feeding concerns but also your overall well-being during pregnancy and the postpartum period. Whether you need help preparing to breastfeed, increasing milk supply, overcoming painful nursing, pumping, returning to work, or navigating weaning, she will meet you where you are with practical guidance, encouragement, and compassion.
As part of the GIVEN Women’s Health team, Montika provides outpatient lactation consultations and supports families during the birth experience alongside the midwifery team. She believes every mother deserves to feel heard, respected, and cared for—and considers it a privilege to walk alongside families during one of the most meaningful seasons of their lives.
